Everyone who is looking for God is looking for evidence to help determine does God exist? Is there any proof God exists?
After all seeing is believing. While faith will certainly get you far, somewhere along the way you will want to see some actual evidence that God exists. So, is there any such thing?
The answer is a resounding “Yes!” God does exist, and there’s definitely evidence of that fact all around us. The question is not whether or not there’s evidence of God; but just what type of evidence that is. Some people expect an Earth-shattering, life-changing, drama-filled event to happen as evidence of God. Others are looking for absolute internal assurance. And while there are certainly happenings of God actually showing a presence in some form, whether it’s a clap of thunder or an especially spiritual moment in a church; evidence of God doesn’t always present itself this overtly. Consider that it was God who created our Earth and entire universe. When you consider the trees and grass, stars, moon, and pulsars; babies and miracles, and all the other evidence that God exists from creation, you have a starting point.
After seeing all the evidence of God, we are often just filled with more questions. How could God create such magnificence all by Himself? Why are there so many different versions of “God” depending on who you ask? And why do some faiths point to certain things as being evidence of God, while others point to completely different examples of God? There are a lot of questions! But it’s important to remember that even though the evidence may be confusing, it’s still evidence of God. Using this evidence as a starting point, we can explore God to find out just who He really is, and how He can make such a great impact on our lives, and how He already has.
